Dr. Alan F. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and has served as Professor and former Head of the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at Dalhousie University, as well as District Chief of Ophthalmology for Capital Health in Nova Scotia.
