Dear Dr. Wong,
I have cataract in both my eyes.
i was under Dr. Michael Miller of credit valley hospital. As he was retiring he referred me to Dr. Tam of 50 Burnhamthorpe West , unit no 70, Mississauga.
After my appointment with Dr. Tam referred me to Oakville hospital and informed me that the Oakville staff will be contacting me. It has been more than 7 months now but i have not received any information from the Oakville hospital.
please let me what is my case status as my eye sight is becoming weaker and weaker and having difficulty in viewing objects.
I would appreciate your reply and help in getting me appointment for my surgery on this matter.
