Dr. Jiang is an absolute legend in the eyeball universe. I came in feeling like my vision was stuck in a low-budget dream sequence—blurry, weird, and kind of unsettling. He took one look, gave me the calmest nod, and boom—clarity like someone wiped the glass of reality. He’s got this quiet confidence and a way of making you feel like your eyes are his personal masterpiece. Calgary, hold onto this gem—he’s the real deal.
Dr Jiang was awful. I took time off work, got up early, drove over there – I was so excited – only to be treated like human garbage
She was annoyed at my presence. Said my eye bump was “nothing” – which my optometrist did not agree with.
Super dismissive.
Didn’t answer my questions – told me to refer to her info sheet.
I felt horrible when I left, like I did something wrong. Lacks compassion and had a terrible attitude. I heard her berate the poor staff in the hallway for not having something she needed. All around awful experience.
