Dear Dr. Kay Lam,
I would like to express my eternal gratitude to you for saving my life as follows:
In January 2026, my eyes suddenly did have very blurred vision due to a high eye pressure. You declared that I had been suffering from the Acute Angle-Closure Glaucoma attack. This was caused by a clear liquid failing to drain properly and therefore building up badly inside the front part of my eyes.
Then you requested me to have an emergency Laser Peripheral Iridotomy. It was a 10-minute procedure which created a tiny hole in my iris to make the liquid move in and out of the eye perfectly, to lower my high eye pressure, and to prevent my permanent vision loss. The laser procedure was a complete success. My eyes have been healthy ever since.
