I felt she was rushed and was busy on the computer when I was asking her questions. Not pleasant at all. Hardly saw her doe 3-4 mins. She checked my eyes but did told me to continue my medication and nothing else about my eyes
She barely gave me time. She wouldn’t listen to what I say and would just cut me off or ignore me and do something on her laptop. Very unprofessional and rude. She didn’t really help me and told me there isn’t anything she could do to my eye just give it time and I will be okay
The nails she wore were very sharp stiletto nails that hurt my eyelie. Also she did not seem to understand some of my questions and even though I waited a long time to see her, she only saw me for 3 minutes. Looking tor a new doctor
This was a horrible experience with this doctor. I waited 7 months to get into see her and she literally brushed me off with in minutes stating I have no idea what’s wrong with you buy allergy drops. She then proceeds to get up and walk out of the room to go see another patient. I travelled 4 hours to see her and was a complete waste of my time and money booking off work and the cost of gas to get there. I don’t recommend this clinic at all.
Dr. Taheri is an exceptional ophthalmologist. Their clinical expertise is immediately evident. What truly sets them apart is their ability to explain complex eye anatomy in plain English. I trust this doctor completely.

I had an excellent experience with my ophthalmologist Dr. Shirazi. I was dealing with elevated eye pressure that other doctors couldn’t clearly explain or resolve. She quickly identified that the issue was related to a side effect of one of my medications—something that had been missed before.
Her ability to connect the dots and understand the underlying cause made a huge difference. By adjusting my medication appropriately, my eye pressure improved and the problem was resolved much more easily than I expected.
I’m very grateful for her knowledge, attention to detail, and thoughtful approach to patient care. She is truly exceptional and I highly recommend her to anyone needing expert eye care.

“I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Maryam Taheri-Shirazi for prompt diagnosis and management of my stye (hordeolum). The doctor was incredible and with proper prescription and direction provided, my eye lid situation improved and infection was gone very fast. I would highly recommend her for her level of knowledge, professionalism and caring.
