I want to rave about Dr. Ross in Kamloops. He did my second cataract surgery last week. I only had to wait for an appointment for about 2 months. Got in to see him and was told it would take about 3-4 months for the surgery – BUT IT DID NOT. My first cataract – I had to wait almost six months for he initial consultation and then 13 yes I said13 months for the surgery. Originally I was supposed to get my second surgery about 6 weeks. But NO. this fellow said he would not do my second eye. That it was too hard to do. Also when I wanted to ask questions, I was told to wait until he was finished. He rushes out of the room so fast you do not have time for questions. Dr. Ross is very busy and is quite fast but he will answer questions. he is good and fast. I would highly recommend him. At least I know it was done, and done right.
