Dr Noordeh is a total eye whisperer. I came in feeling like my vision was stuck in a foggy snow globe—everything blurry, slightly sparkly, and wildly inconvenient. He’s got this calm, laser-focused vibe and explains things like he’s translating eyeball science into plain human. The whole appointment felt like a masterclass in chill professionalism. Now I’m seeing the world like someone turned the sharpness dial to max. Toronto’s lucky to have this legend.
Dr. NOORDEH IS AN AMAZING DOCTOR. HIS APPROACH TO PATIENTS WHO ARE SUPERBLY ANXIOUS IS VERY CALM AND COLLECTIVE. HE HAS STAFF IN THAT ROOM WHO AREE VERY CONFIDENT AND CALM. AMAZING EXPERIENCE. KEEP IT GOING DR. NOORDEH AND TEAM. BLESSINGS!!
Following my cataract surgery measurements, clinical team encouraged me to call if I had further questions. When I called today with 4 inquiries, I politely asked the receptionist if she had medical training or if she could direct me to a nurse or clinician. Unfortunately, this seemed to agitate her. and the interaction was deeply unprofessional. She was dismissive and asking if my employer was asking these questions and treating me as if I were making unreasonable demands of sick leave. She said she had repeated the answers 4 times and left 1 question unanswered.
My questions were, how long should I take off from work? Can I take a shower, for how many days I could not do work involving a lot of bending and the unanswered question was if I could sleep on my stomach and side
