Dr Dubey graduated MBBS with Honours from the University of New South Wales, holds a Master of Medicine in Clinical Epidemiology and a Master of Ophthalmic Science, and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists (FRANZCO). His subspecialty training in the UK has equipped him with advanced expertise in both medical and surgical retina.
