As a former employee, I’d rate her 0 stars if I could. Very condescending and not a great surgeon (many unsuccessful surgeries done by her). In addition she used to yell at her technicians in front of patients over the silliest things. Extremely unprofessional and we’d always get complaints from the hospital as per her yelling at OR attendees and had several warnings from the director. She also didn’t feel the need to oay staff overtime or even accommodate paid sick time as she should have legally to atleast accommodate no overtime. She has a high turnover of staff and even patients wanted to be redirected or were always furious with her performance except the naive one… Not a safe practice by far…

Good surgeon. However, the administration of her office is very bad. Always running at least half an hour late. Today, after waiting over 30 minutes yet again, I advised the clerk I was leaving. My wife had been sitting in the car. They don’t realize that besides treating patients like cattle, most have another person negatively impacted because they need a ride. Also, someone jumped the line because that patient whined and complained. Terrible terrible service.

I waited two years for an appointment just to be dismissed. After telling me everything that could go wrong by removing a tissue that was starting covering my retina I was so discouraged. I decided to go to another Dr. And get a second opinion, I am so happy I did that. They safely removed the Pterigium from my eye, I had absolutely no pain and I am on my way to fully recovery. So happy I did not listen to Dr. Peng. Get a second opinion it may be worth it! Your eyes deserve it!!!
