Education and training

MBBS, FRANZCO, FRACS

Dr Whitehouse completed his undergraduate medical education at the University of Sydney, gained early clinical experience at Royal North Shore Hospital, and undertook ophthalmology training at Westmead Hospital and Sydney Eye Hospital; he later pursued further subspecialty studies in cataract and glaucoma at Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge, UK, and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists (FRANZCO) and the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS).
