2 hours after arriving and still haven’t met the Doctor, ushered into a standing room only waiting room (cause all the seats were taken) and during Covid times I’m pretty sure all of these people are not allowed to be there waiting around. Ended up walking out without the exam….what a joke this place is. None of the front staff knew what was going on. If you value your time, I do not recommend this place at all!!
The doctor and his colleagues clearly run an appointment mill–requiring multiple visits, having a totally inadequate waiting room, reffusing to list an email or even letting their answering machince accept appointment cancellations. Avoid this doctor and his officemates at all costs!

Had the same experience, the receptionist for this Dr. was rude right form the start arrived 20 min early, all that was done was the initial eye chart and some drops for a test with a hand held machine, an hr later was still there, a patient before me had been there since 1:15 and and 4:20 he and i were still there-I was in this office waiting for this Doctor fo 1.5 hrs i asked the person that did the initial, she said at least another hour, she said they were really busy today !!! are you kidding i told her they should have contacted patients to advise they had overbooked ,they should have advised of the wait time to patients when they arrived and she also was rude and tried to blame me for complaining-I Walked out !-Never go here -they do not care about how long anyone is sitting there, Oh and this was a rescheduled appt-they called me to two weeks earlier because the appt. I had- all of sudden the Dr was not coming in that day -Never have I been treated so badly in a Doctors office so Disgraceful ! what an awful experience and will never go back , Will be contacting bc medical for them to monitor this offices billing to their office . Horrendous !
